USDA's Economic Research Service (ERS) will present an hour-long webinar "Rural America at a Glance" webinar Nov. 18 beginning at 1 p.m. Easter.
In this webinar, ERS Economist Elizabeth Dobis will present findings from the 2021 Edition of Rural America at a Glance.
The USDA's Economic Research Service releases the Rural America at a Glance report annually, which typically summarizes population trends, employment, poverty, and income in rural areas. This edition focuses on factors affecting the resiliency and recovery of rural communities in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, including population and employment change, intensity of infection, vaccination rates, and broadband internet availability and adoption.

The 2021 edition will be available on Nov. 17.
