A pivotal event for Farm Bureau women focusing on advocacy, empowerment, and leadership training.

By Jamie Martin

The Women’s ACE Summit, an essential forum for Farm Bureau women, is set to take place in Washington, D.C., from June 3-5. Known as the evolved version of the Farm Bureau Women’s D.C. Fly-In, this summit provides a platform for women in agriculture to enhance their advocacy skills and leadership potential.

The event promises two days filled with educational sessions that focus on national issues affecting agriculture and training opportunities to cultivate advocacy and empowerment. It's an opportunity for participants to connect with like-minded professionals and gain insights into effective leadership and advocacy strategies within the agricultural sector.

Registration is available until May 3, but space is limited to 200 attendees, highlighting the exclusive nature of the summit. The event aims to empower women through targeted sessions that address the unique challenges and opportunities in agriculture today.

The summit includes keynote addresses from leading voices in women’s leadership and agriculture policy, offering fresh perspectives and inspiring stories. Participants will also have the chance to engage directly with policymakers during visits to Capitol Hill, applying their new skills in real-world advocacy.

Hosted at the Holiday Inn Capitol, with additional activities at the American Farm Bureau Federation headquarters, the event is supported by prominent sponsors in the agricultural industry. This biennial summit underscores the critical role of women in shaping the future of agriculture and fostering change through advocacy and informed leadership.
