The Nebraska Corn Board (NCB) is accepting applications for a Research and Demand Internship, providing students with hands-on experience in the corn industry. The internship, based in Lincoln, Nebraska, aims to give participants practical exposure to various aspects of the field, including research and market development.
Interns will assist with organizing visits for international teams, supporting research collaborations, coordinating site tours, and creating outreach materials. These responsibilities offer valuable insight into how Nebraska’s corn sector connects with global markets and research initiatives.
The internship runs from May 2025 to August 2025, with an option to extend into the 2025-2026 academic year. It is open to all college students, though preference is given to those studying at Nebraska-based institutions. This opportunity allows students to build professional skills and industry connections while contributing to important agricultural initiatives.
Interested candidates can apply through the Nebraska Corn Board’s website at nebraskacorn.gov/internships. Applications must be submitted by Friday, February 28, 2025. This internship provides a unique chance for students to engage with Nebraska’s corn industry and gain valuable career experience.
