Nebraska Ag youth - lead your legacy at NAYI

By Scout Nelson

Calling all passionate high school juniors and seniors in Nebraska! Applications are open for the Nebraska Agricultural Youth Institute (NAYI), the state's premier ag youth event, offering a week of immersive learning, networking, and leadership development.

Held July 8-12th at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, NAYI is entirely free for attendees thanks to generous sponsorships from ag businesses and organizations. Apply by April 15th at nda.nebraska.gov to join over 250 peers and explore "Leading Your Legacy" in Nebraska's #1 industry.

"NAYI fosters agricultural leaders by building passion and knowledge," says Christin Kamm, Nebraska Agricultural Youth Council Advisor. "Encourage interested juniors and seniors to apply before the deadline!"

The longest-running youth ag program in the nation, NAYI boasts a 53-year legacy. Immerse yourself in motivational talks, career guidance, leadership activities, farm management simulations, a banquet, and even a dance! Selection is based on leadership, agricultural interests, and involvement.

Led by the Nebraska Agricultural Youth Council, comprised of passionate college students, NAYI ignites your future in agriculture. Don't miss this chance to connect, learn, and lead within Nebraska's thriving ag community.
