The Nebraska Extension is set to offer unique, hands-on training experiences through its Corn and Soybean Clinics. Scheduled in Mead and North Platte, these clinics will give farmers a chance to learn about optimizing yield and profit through research-backed strategies.
One can experience an entire growing season within a single location, with demonstrations and field interactions.
Aaron Nygren, an educator at the Eastern Nebraska Research, Extension, and Education Center, emphasizes the importance of clinics for Nebraska's corn and soybean farmers, aiming to improve their experience and facilitate meaningful discussions on crucial farming topics.
The clinics will take place on Tuesday, Aug. 29 in North Platte at the University of Nebraska West Central Research, Extension and Education Center, and on Thursday, Aug. 31 near Mead, at the University of Nebraska Eastern Nebraska Research, Extension & Education Center.
