Austin Zimmerman, a Wymore resident, is the owner of Zimmerman Hog Farms, a specialized pig operation raising exhibition and breeding stock. With a lifelong involvement in the show pig industry, Austin is dedicated to excellence in pork farming. He also serves as the general manager for Midwest Livestock Systems, furthering his expertise in the livestock sector.
Josh Wendt: A Third-Generation Livestock Farmer Ready to Make an Impact
Josh Wendt, a third-generation livestock farmer from Leigh, is dedicated to their farming operation, including pig farming, cattle feeding, cow-calf, and row crop farming. With extensive experience and love for raising pigs, he is a valuable addition to the NPPA board and eager to contribute to the pork industry's growth.
Justin Hankins: Banking Expert with a Passion for Agriculture
Justin Hankins, a credit analyst at Farm Credit Services of America, brings a unique perspective to the NPPA board. With 15 years of experience in banking and finance, he specializes in Agribusiness Capital Swine and Beef. His education at the University of Nebraska-Kearney and Iowa State University School of Ag Banking helps him make informed decisions and support Nebraska's pork farmers.
The NPPA bids farewell to Aaron Doerr, a Creighton pork producer, as the organization welcomes new leadership. The organization wishes him continued success.
