Nebraska's USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) and University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) Extension will host a webinar May 4.
The webinar is part of UNL's Center for Agricultural Profitability series and will cover key FSA drought assistance programs and management principles for producers facing drought conditions.
Nebraska FSA’s Pat Lechner, chief of the Price Support, Conservation and Environmental Programs staff, will discuss specific FSA drought assistance programs and what information is needed to apply for them.
Additionally, Nebraska FSA Farm Loan Program Specialist Ben Herink will also speak on drought disaster designations and the FSA emergency loan program.
