Nebraska's farming products, particularly its beef, have found a significant market in Korea. Governor Jim Pillen recently expressed gratitude towards Homeplus, a leading supermarket chain in Korea. They stand out as the exclusive sellers of the 1855 Black Angus Beef produced in Nebraska.
During his visit to Seoul, Governor Pillen stopped by Homeplus' main branch and its headquarters. He appreciated the supermarket's efforts in elevating the sales and awareness of U.S. beef in Korea.
The governor emphasized Nebraska's commitment to offering superior agricultural and livestock products. He also mentioned how heartening it was to witness the Nebraska beef's popularity among Korean patrons, especially in Homeplus Mega Food Market.
Homeplus is offering up to 50% discounts on 1855 Black Angus Beef until September 13th in Seoul's Gangseo District, sourced from the renowned Swift Beef Company, in response to the governor's visit.
