This annual gathering, located near Mead, Nebraska, is an initiative of the senior students from the Krutsinger Beef Industry Scholars program. With guidance from Nebraska Cattlemen and faculty, these students have meticulously planned a day rich in learning and networking.
According to Rick Rasby, a respected professor and extension specialist, this event serves as a crucial stepping stone for students, connecting them with industry professionals. It's not just an educational platform but a bridge to future opportunities.
This year's summit, held at the Eastern Nebraska Research, Extension, and Education Center, promises engaging sessions. Attendees will delve into topics like:
