Husker Harvest Days, a key Farm Progress event, introduces the BEEF Showcase this year, offering a dedicated space for all things beef related. Located in the Northwest Quadrant of the exhibit grounds, the BEEF Showcase will provide visitors with various resources including exhibitors, live cattle-handling demonstrations, and educational seminars.
Sarah Muirhead, managing director of Livestock Publications for Farm Progress, states, “The BEEF Showcase is an opportunity to connect two Farm Progress brands for the benefit of our attendees and exhibitors.” This new addition aims to extend the trusted education and experience of BEEF magazine to the event.
Educational programming at the BEEF Building includes daily sessions such as Cattle Chute Demos at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., Cattle Genetics for the Future at 11:30 a.m., and specialized sessions on Sept. 10 and 11 focusing on team management and technology in livestock production.
Husker Harvest Days runs from Sept. 10-12, 2024, in Grand Island, Nebraska, with gates open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more details and complimentary entry registration, visit HuskerHarvestDays.com.
